    No prior experience is necessary. Our classes are designed for beginners as well as experienced martial artists. Instructors will help you progress at your own pace.

  • What should I wear to my first class?

    Comfortable workout clothes such as a t-shirt and athletic pants are recommended for your first class. Uniforms are available for purchase if you decide to continue.

  • How often should I attend classes?

    We recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week to see consistent progress and improvement in your skills.

  • What styles of martial arts do you teach?

    We teach a blend of kickboxing, Muay Thai, jiu-jitsu, wrestling, kung fu, karate, and kali/silat/escrima, ensuring a well-rounded martial arts education.
